If you plug into any sort of media Im sure you've heard of the tiny house movement! I'll admit I wasn't originally sold, but my mom however swore by the show and loved the concept. Tiny homes are typically under 400 square feet which is a massive downgrade for most americans (Unless you live in Manhattan). The trade off environmentally and finically for some are worth loosing a bit of real estate. Not to mention the significant downgrade in the cost of your overall expenses.
