In an effort to add more iron and vitamins to my anemic lifestyle I've been challenging myself to add more veggies to my meals ! I've never been very good at incorporating them into breakfast until recently, but so far I'm kinda loving it. As we go into the comfort food months I'm seriously pushing myself to start my day off a bit more healthy. Dating a fitness nut and loving to cook definitely help to keep me on track.
